Spring Break

I had a good spring break. First week was pretty good. Hung out with David, gregg, busse, some others (cant remember). Shot off rockets/ rocket engines at loose park. very fun indeed. David has some pics and vids of it on google video (if anyone cares) Second week, went to Mexico (Puerto Vallarta, to be exact) w/ ma, pa, grandma. Fun, but limited as far was what we could do b/c my grandma has really bad arthritis, and she move slower than a street sweeper and has the stamina and strength of a sea monkey. Anyways, dad and i had some gnarlius maximus squash matches. he was damn better than i thought. beet me 8 games to 2. Oh well, he taught me some tricks he learned from his glory days of racquetball. Pool and beach was relaxing, downtown was cool like always, a lot of expansion and growth (too bad). got to go into the spanish colonial church this time. quite neat on the inside as well as the outside. went to a small town outside of puerto vallara, called becerias. it was exactly as my dad described it to me before we went, "a dirt, trashy, dusty, boring, little mexican town." but we ate good seafood (or should i say mariscos) there. Then we ended our relaxing sojourn with a visit to my legenday preschool teacher and her husband's open house on their month-long trip in Patagonia last winter. later posts talking about this.
