Ehhh...ok day
Today at school wasn't bad. Not a bad case of the Mondays. Wes quit track (bittersweet feelings about this) But he's excited. Track was the worst day so far. We ran a 10k (6.2...miles) at a nice easy RACE PACE. Then if that weren't a big enough present from Mizzuno, he gave us 6 200m sprints afterwards. Ahhhh...the joys of a annoying track coach. Exhasted from this torture.
